- Administer Linux servers (Linode, RHEL, cPanel/WHM) and monitor uptime, resource usage and services.
- Manage WordPress and WooCommerce hosting across staging and production environments.
- Diagnose and resolve downtime, HTTP errors, PHP, database and performance issues (Apache, LiteSpeed, MariaDB, OPcache).
- Remove malware, harden security (Cloudflare, Imunify360, ModSecurity, CSF) and investigate threats such as brute-force attacks, XML-RPC abuse and backdoors.
- Maintain cPanel accounts, DNS, SSL, redirects and file permissions.
- Monitor and manage sites through ManageWP, including updates, backups and restorations.
- Recover WordPress core, plugins and themes and troubleshoot with WP-CLI.
- Apply server patches and kernel updates, then run post-maintenance checks.
- Manage backups, snapshots, migrations and disaster recovery.
- Write incident reports and support developers, marketers and clients on hosting and security issues.
